Welcome to HelloXOCO.com ("Website"). By using our website, booking services, or attending an event, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

XOCO offers in-home private chef dining experiences, cooking classes, and social events including wine tastings and tea parties. We provide professional chefs, curated menus, and premium-quality ingredients for an elevated dining experience.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure any booking, with the full payment due before the scheduled event.

  • Prices may vary based on menu selection, number of guests, and optional add-ons.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods listed on our website.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations 14+ days before the event: Full refund.

  • Cancellations 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 6 days: Non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Travel & Additional Fees

  • For events outside of central San Diego, a travel fee of $0.75 - $1.00 per mile (round trip per chef) may apply.

  • Special holiday rates may apply for bookings on major holidays.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide a safe and clean cooking environment, including access to necessary kitchen appliances.

  • Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • XOCO is not responsible for any accidents, burns, or injuries that may occur during in-home cooking classes or private chef experiences.

7. Limitation of Liability

XOCO and its team will not be liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:

  • Misuse of cooking tools, appliances, or ingredients.

  • Unexpected food allergies or reactions not disclosed by the client.

  • Cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, chef emergencies).

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, recipes, and branding on HelloXOCO.com are owned by XOCO and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is collected only for booking purposes and event updates.

  • XOCO does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

XOCO reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
